When a product isn’t quite right for their space, the customer initiates a return.
Wayfair sends the customer a return shipping label. We cover the cost – you’re off the hook.
The customer ships the product back to our warehouse.
We receive the item at our Wayfair warehouse and work to resell it.

Eligible partners can opt to have Wayfair receive and inspect all returned items. To stay in the loop about what’s coming back, you can still receive return alerts and tracking information.
